Please read these Billing Terms and Conditions carefully before completing any purchase on our website. By placing an order with Sparkle Grace Co., you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Shop Pay. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

2. Pricing

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration of the promotion. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honored for that transaction.

3. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws. Sparkle Grace Co. is not responsible for any additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes for international orders.

4. Digital Product Billing

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Physical Product Billing

For physical products, your card will be charged at the time of order placement. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Subscription & Recurring Charges

At this time, Sparkle Grace Co. does not offer subscription-based products or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your billing, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
